Stock scheme
The Puahue Community Stock Scheme has been proudly backed by local farmers for many years, and it continues to play a big role in supporting our community. Thanks to the generosity of our rural families, the scheme helps raise vital funds for Puahue School, Puahue Play Centre, and the Puahue Community Hall — ensuring these important facilities remain strong for future generations.
We’re currently on the lookout for donations of 100kg weaned bull or beef calves to keep the scheme thriving. If you’re not in a position to donate stock, offers of grazing are also a huge help.
Every bit of support makes a real difference, and together we can keep this long-standing tradition alive in our community.
For more information about how to donate, please get in touch with Jennie Macky at 021 326 042, Sarah Storey at 021 935 673 or email puahuehall@gmail.com.
